We are happy to provide our services for any sized business to facilitate the travel of your clients. We will meet them from their flight and bring them to your offices or their hotel ensuring the best impression for your company. Monthly/weekly account facilities can be set up (subject to status), for your convenience. Our drivers are well dressed, mature, pleasant and polite, and above all discreet. We can provide transport for your staff to and from airports and business meetings in other towns and cities throughout the UK. Where more than two passengers are traveling to a destination this is usually better value than using public transport.
Covid-19 safety information
Our vehicles are thoroughly cleaned prior to each journey. Drivers will be wearing masks for the duration of the journey, passengers are advised to do the same where possible. If passengers would prefer our drivers to not handle any luggage/bags please let them know upon pickup.
1. Parking charges may be applied if the customer fails to meet the driver at the stated time upon proof of paid parking tickets. 2. We reserve the right to cancel any booked journeys 24 hours ahead of time of pick up. 3. Failure to inform the company by email or telephone for cancelled air-plane arrivals may result in the cancellation of your booking and no refunds will be provided. 4. If the driver is unable to contact the customer prior to the arrival to the pick-up location, your booking may be cancelled and no refund will be provided. 5. Our drivers reserve the right to charge waiting time after 1 and half hours after the scheduled and booked pick up time. This is charged at £20 per hour. 6. If the vehicle is unable to arrive at the destination through no fault of the driver, this may result in the cancellation of your booking and a suitable refund will be given for over payments and alternative transportation costs upon proof of receipt and no higher than 20% of our original booking quotation. No liability is held for missed flights/connections. No liability is held by the company for vehicle mechanism breakdowns and loss of signal causing inability to arrange alternative transportation. 7. The driver reserves the right to charge cleaning charges of up to £45.00 for any damages to the vehicle by the customers. 8. Bookings paid in advance, when cancelled by the customer without 24 hours’ notice, 50% of the price of booking will be refunded, excluding card fees. 9. Bookings paid in advance, when cancelled by the customer, any refunds will exclude card fees. 10. Bookings paid in advance for the same/next day where the driver has already begun the journey, no refunds are given for cancellations. 11. Quotations for journeys to and from Manchester Airport is given under the circumstances that the journey will be via the Peak District routes. If any other routes are taken, an additional charge will apply dependent on the route advised by the driver. Unforeseeable circumstances of unavailability of Peak District routes include snow and ice. M62 motorway route minimum additional charge is £40.00. 12. We do not hold any liability for loss of luggage or damage to luggage not directly handled by the driver. Customers and passengers are responsible for the handling and collection of luggage and personal belongings. 13. Please contact us for our data protection policy. 14. We do not hold any liability to changes or incorrect details on your booking affecting the journey, the customer is responsible for checking the details sent to them via text or email. 15.
